How Greeta AI Was Born
A founding story rooted in real hospitality challenges.

The Problem We Witnessed
Working closely with the hospitality industry, we saw the same story everywhere: front desk phones ringing non-stop, overwhelmed staff torn between guests at the counter and callers on hold, missed calls turning into missed revenue, and language barriers leaving international guests frustrated. The phone — meant to be a lifeline — had become a bottleneck.
The Moment It Clicked
What if hotels never had to choose between the guest in front of them and the one on the line? We realised that modern voice AI had finally matured enough to handle natural, nuanced conversations. Not a clunky IVR menu — a real, intelligent receptionist that speaks every language and never takes a day off.
Building Greeta AI
We built the product from scratch — the AI voice engine, the hotel knowledge system, the real-time dashboard — and architected the infrastructure to handle thousands of concurrent calls with sub-second response times. Greeta AI was founded with one belief: every hotel, from a 10-room boutique to a 500-room chain, deserves a world-class phone experience.
